Important information for every customer

This page explains how Babet handles cancellations, returns, and refund requests for both services and shop orders so customers know what to expect before purchase.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled or refunded at Babet's discretion. Late cancellations or missed appointments may not qualify for a full refund.

Product Returns

Unused pet products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Opened consumables, personalized items, and used accessories are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping fees, convenience fees, and charges tied to completed services are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Babet.
